The situation in "Mingachevir" is turbulent again. According to information obtained by Sport24.az, there is disagreement between the management and the head coach Fuzuli Mammadov.
According to information received by our editorial office from a source close to the club, ASTA, the club's sponsor, wants to reduce the budget for the next season. This is not to the liking of the head coach. Fuzuli bey intends to form an ambitious team that can compete for a place in the Premier League. Therefore, he objects to the management's decision regarding the budget.
Mammadov told the officials, "I didn't come here to pass the time, to get paid for nothing. I want to coach a team with goals and objectives," expressing his dissatisfaction with the budget cuts.
It should be noted that Fuzuli Mammadov took over the "helm" of "Mingachevir" in the winter. The team finished the season in 4th place under his leadership.
