"I am very happy for this moment. Because I have faced difficulties." These words were said by "Sabah" football player Patrick Mbina in his statement to Sport24.az.
The Gabonese striker shared his thoughts after the return match of the Azerbaijan Cup semi-final stage, in which they defeated "Qarabag" 2:1:
"When I came here, I was attending training sessions. It was very difficult. I was training alone. I was watching my teammates on TV, seeing them play. Then, when I came back, I missed two good opportunities. But now I thank God, it finally worked out."
The African forward, who scored the winning goal in the match, said that he was happy about it:
"I am very happy. This is the only word that can express my feelings."
It should be noted that since the first match ended with a score of 2:2, "Sabah" became "Zira"'s opponent in the final.
