The appointments for the play-off semi-final match between Turkey and Romania for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers have been announced. Sport24.az reports that referees from France will officiate the game.
The main referee of the match will be François Letexier. He will be assisted by assistant referees Cyril Mugnier and Mehdi Rahmouni. The fourth official will be Benoît Bastien.
It should be noted that the Turkey vs. Romania match will be held on March 26 at "Beşiktaş Park" stadium and will start at 21:00 Baku time. The winner of the pair will face the winner of the Slovakia vs. Kosovo duel in the final.
