Real Madrid winger Franco Mastantuono has been handed a two-match suspension.
According to Sport.es, the decision was made by the disciplinary committee of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) following an incident at the end of the 0-1 draw with Getafe in the 26th round of La Liga.
Mastantuono repeatedly used the phrase "scandal, damned scandal" in comments to referee Alexandro Muniz Ruiz, which led to his dismissal.
Real Madrid defenders Din Huysen and Alvaro Carreras have also been penalized. They have been suspended for one game due to accumulating too many yellow cards. Therefore, all three players will miss the away match against Celta Vigo on March 6. Franco Mastantuono will also be unable to participate in the home game against Elche on March 14.
