Coventry manager Frank Lampard has been named Championship Manager of the Season. The league's press service reported this, according to Sport24.az.
Coventry secured at least second place with a draw (1:1) against Blackburn last Friday. Lampard's team qualified for the Premier League for the first time since the 2000/01 season.
It should be noted that 47-year-old Lampard was appointed head coach of Coventry in November 2024. During his coaching career, he has managed Derby County, Chelsea, and Everton.
