Frank De Blekere, advisor to the AFFA General Secretary on international refereeing and referee training, has received a new appointment from UEFA.
Idman.Biz reports that the Belgian specialist will be the UEFA representative at the return match between "Stuttgart" (Germany) and "Celtic" (Scotland) in the Europa League play-off stage.
It should be noted that the match, which will be played on February 26, will start at 21:45 Baku time.
