Frank De Bleeckere, Chairman of the AFFA Referees Committee, will also work at the Russian Football Union (RFU). Sport24.az reports with reference to the official website of the organization that the Belgian specialist has become a member of the expert refereeing commission under the President of the RFU.
In addition to De Bleeckere, Alexey Kulbakov, a former international referee from Belarus, was also elected a member of the commission.
The commission, chaired by Pavel Kamantsev, also includes former referees such as Ravshan Irmatov, Milorad Mažić, Nestor Pitana, Cüneyt Çakır, Vladimir Kadykov, and Talgat Kosmukhambetov.
It should be noted that De Bleeckere has been the Chairman of the AFFA Referees Committee since June 2024.
