Frank De Bleeckere appointed referee inspector for Barcelona vs. Newcastle match

Frank De Bleeckere, AFFA Secretary General's advisor on International Refereeing and Referee Training, has received an appointment from UEFA.

Report reports with reference to the national association's official website that he will be the referee inspector for the Champions League 1/8 final stage match between Barcelona (Spain) and Newcastle (England).

A team of referees from France will officiate the match, which will be held today at Barcelona's Camp Nou stadium.
