"Porto" has announced the appointment of Francesco Farioli as the head coach of the team.
İdman.biz reports that a contract has been signed with the 36-year-old Italian specialist until June 30, 2027.
He replaces Argentinian Martín Anselmi in this position.
Last season, Farioli's "Ajax" lost a 10-point lead with 5 rounds remaining in the Dutch championship, eventually losing first place to PSV and finishing second. After that, he left the Amsterdam club.
It should be noted that Farioli previously coached "Fatih Karagümrük" and "Alanyaspor" in Turkey, and "Nice" in France.
