"Forbes" magazine has published a list of the most valuable sports teams.
İdman.Biz reports that the football clubs included in the list are "Real Madrid", "Barcelona", "Manchester United" and "Liverpool".
In the list, "Real Madrid" is ranked 20th ($6.75 billion), "Manchester United" 24th ($6.6 billion), "Barcelona" 42nd ($5.65 billion), and "Liverpool" 48th ($5.4 billion). Compared to last year, the Madrid club dropped 8 places, "Manchester United" 10, "Blaugrana" 20, and Merseyside 21.
The valuation of the team represents the total value of the enterprise. This includes revenue from the economics of each team's stadium, the broadcasting rights of the team's regional sports networks. However, it does not include the value of regional sports networks themselves. Shares in other sports assets and projects are also excluded.
