Chelsea forward's agent Andre Cury has hinted at Estevao's potential move to Barcelona.
According to Idman.Biz, the discussion started after the 18-year-old Brazilian footballer's great game in the Champions League match. The London club defeated Hans-Dieter Flick's team 3-0, and Estevao was one of the most memorable moments of the evening.
The young talent became the second youngest player after Kilian Mbappe to score in the first three matches of the Champions League by scoring a superb goal.
"It was a perfect night. Everything happened very quickly. I saw the gap, passed the defenders and scored. It was the most special moment of my career," Estevao admitted.
Andre Cury stated that Barcelona has been trying to sign the player for a long time:
"We spoke with the club in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. I personally brought him to the office. People in the sports staff were sure that he should sign a contract. But the club's financial situation did not allow the operation. It's sad, but that's how football works."
It should be noted that Estevao scored the first goal against "Qarabag" of Agdam in the fourth round of the main stage of the Champions League. The match ended with a score of 2-2.
