The name of the best footballer of 2025 in Germany has been revealed. According to a survey conducted by "Kicker" magazine, former "Bayer" midfielder Florian Wirtz has been chosen as the best of the year, Sport24.az reports.
The 22-year-old attacking midfielder collected 191 votes.
"Bayern" winger Michael Olise (81 votes) came second, and "Stuttgart" striker Nick Woltemade (71 votes) came third.
It should be noted that Florian Wirtz stood out with 16 goals and 15 assists in 45 official matches for "Bayer" last season. The German national team member was transferred to "Liverpool" for 125 million euros in July.
