GOL.az reports with reference to Sky Sport that "Flamengo" is in negotiations with the London club for the 25-year-old striker.
The Rio de Janeiro team wants to rent the Portuguese football player, who currently plays for "Milan" on loan, with the option to buy him permanently later.
It should be noted that Felix scored 8 goals and made 3 assists in 36 matches this season.
