The Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA) has taken another step towards the professional development of coaches.
Idman.Biz reports that the final stage of the UEFA C category coaching course was held at the Education and Rehabilitation Center.
The course program included both theoretical and practical exercises. The training process was led by experienced instructors Ilham Azizadeh and Diyanat Aliyev.
The UEFA C license is considered a fundamental step for specialists starting a coaching career. The main goal of the course is to instill in coaches working in children's and youth football the requirements, methodology and pedagogical principles of modern football. Candidates participating in the sessions demonstrated their knowledge by completing the relevant tasks under the supervision of instructors.
It should be noted that participants who successfully complete the course will receive an international UEFA C license after passing the exam. With the C license, it is possible to carry out coaching activities in the territory of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan and countries that have signed the UEFA convention.
