The final game of the Azerbaijan Cup will be held today.
Idman.biz reports that the last match of the 2024/25 season in Azerbaijani football will take place at the Sumgayit city stadium named after Mehdi Huseynzade.
"Qarabag" and "Sabah" will face each other in the decisive match. Gurban Gurbanov's team will take the field to finish the season with a "Golden Double". The Aghdam club wants to win the national cup for the 2nd time in a row and the 9th time in its history.
"Sabah", on the other hand, wants to win the title in its first final. With the first title in its history, Vasili Berezutski's team will also qualify for the Europa League.
