Manchester City's attacking midfielder Filip Foden has been named Champions League Player of the Week.

The English footballer scored two goals in the 4th round match against Borussia Dortmund. The midfielder's double helped City beat Borussia 4-1.
In the voting, Foden surpassed Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen, who scored a hat-trick in a 3-0 victory over Ajax, Brugge winger Carlous Forbs, who scored two goals and an assist in a 3-3 draw with Barcelona, and Arsenal midfielder Mikel Merino, who scored two goals in a 3-0 victory over Slavia Prague.
In total, Foden has played three games in the current Champions League and scored two goals.
