The International Federation of Professional Footballers Associations (FIFPro) has announced the results of the voting for nominees for the 2025 World 11. According to Sport24.az, more than 20,000 players participated in the survey, nominating three candidates for each line.
The results of the voting for the best forwards have caused a great stir on social media. Lionel Messi (18% of the votes) and Cristiano Ronaldo (16%) made it into the top "five". They are ahead of Raphinha (15%), Mohamed Salah (15%) and Erling Haaland (13%).
English striker Harry Kane, on the other hand, collected only 7 percent of the votes, finishing in 10th place.
It should be noted that Kane scored 26 goals in 31 games in the Bundesliga last season. In the 2025/26 season, he has scored 12 goals in 9 games. He also scored 5 times in 4 Champions League games.
