The schedule and format of the "FIFA Series - 2026" international tournament to be held in Azerbaijan have been changed. Sport24.az reports with reference to AFFA that the reason for the change is the inability of the Oman national team to visit our country due to the ongoing military tension in the Middle East.
According to the format agreed with FIFA, the tournament will consist of 2 matches. The Azerbaijan national team will face Saint Lucia on March 27 and Sierra Leone on March 30. Both games will be held at the Mehdi Huseynzade Sumgayit City Stadium and will start at 19:00.
