The international tournament "FIFA Series - 2026" will be held in Baku at the end of March. According to Sport24.az, along with the Azerbaijani national team, the teams of Sierra Leone, Oman and Saint Lucia should also compete in the competition.
However, Oman is facing the threat of not coming to Baku. This is due to the events taking place in the Middle East. Iran has targeted the Gulf Arab countries, including Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, Oman and Saudi Arabia. Even air travel has been suspended in these countries.
It should be noted that Oman is scheduled to face the Sierra Leone team on March 27 at the "Liv Bona Dea Arena".
