FIFA President Gianni Infantino answered a question about the possible return of Russian teams to international tournaments.
"Report", referring to "Real Americas Voice", reports that the head of the supreme football body briefly commented on the issue.
He recalled that Russia is currently excluded from international competitions:
"We hope that something will happen. Peace will come and Russia will be returned to the tournaments."
It should be noted that Russian representatives have been suspended from all FIFA and UEFA competitions since February 2022 due to the situation in Ukraine. Since then, the Russian national team has only played friendly matches.
