FIFA President Gianni Infantino has expressed his condolences on the death of legendary Romanian coach Mircea Lucescu.

"It is a very sad day for football. We are saying goodbye to a legend. My heart is with Lucescu's family and loved ones. Rest in peace," said the President of the International Football Federation.
It should be reminded that M.Lucescu passed away yesterday at the age of 80. The Romanian specialist coached clubs such as "Inter", Turkey's "Besiktas" and "Galatasaray", Donetsk's "Shakhtar", and Kyiv's "Dynamo".
