FIFA agent Mezmuredavit Desta has commented on the possibility of holding a friendly match between the national football teams of Russia and the USA.
İdman.biz reports that the FIFA representative made a statement to Sport24.ru regarding this matter.
"Yes, it is possible for this match to take place. The USA national team is ready to play, and there are suitable dates for the game. согласовать this game with FIFA will not create any problems," Desta noted.
Desta added that the only missing element to start the match organization process is the approval of the Russian Football Union.
For information, the national football teams of Russia and the USA last met in Krasnodar in November 2012. That meeting ended in a 2-2 draw.
