FIFA has declared Chelsea as the first winner of the Intercontinental Club World Championship in the social media account of the club world championship. According to Sport24.az, referring to "The Touchline", the world's supreme football body recognizes the London club as the sole winner of the World Championship and has decided to call the winners of the old-format tournament "Intercontinental Champions".
It should be noted that in the decisive match of the Club World Championship held tonight, "Chelsea" defeated PSG with a score of 3:0 and became the owner of the title. The London club previously won the cup in 2022 in the old-format competition by defeating Brazil's Palmeiras (2:1).
