According to the source, penalty takers will be prohibited from taking a second shot after the ball returns to the field or after the goalkeeper's intervention. At the same time, the current concept of changing the rules does not regulate what to do after the ball hits the goal frame.
It is noted that for this rule to come into force, it must be approved by the International Football Association Board (IFAB) and then undergo practical testing.
