FIFA bans transfers for "Rostov"

FIFA has imposed a transfer ban on the Russian club "Rostov". According to Sport24.az, the Premier League representative will not be able to register new players during three transfer windows.

 

However, the reason for the decision has not been disclosed.

 

It should be noted that "Rostov" is in 11th place in the Premier League with 21 points.
