Fidan Jafarova: The Belarus national team is not a weak team at all, no opponent should be underestimated;

"As you know, we performed very unsuccessfully in the last game against the Lithuanian national team. Of course, an important game with the Belarus national team awaits us ahead. We watched the game against the Lithuanian team and worked on our mistakes." These words were said by Fidan Jafarova, a football player of the Azerbaijani women's national team, in an interview with Sport24.az.

The member of our national team shared her thoughts on the friendly matches to be held with the Belarus national team on June 28 and July 1:

"By drawing conclusions from the defeat recorded in the last game, we will try to achieve a positive result in the friendly game with Belarus. Because if we win in the next match, we can forget the last failure at least a little. The atmosphere in the team is low. But we know that more important games await us ahead, and therefore we want to improve our mood by winning the friendly matches. The Belarus team is not a weak team at all. No opponent should be underestimated. We need to focus on the match very seriously. Our goal is to show a good game in friendly matches and to be fully prepared for the qualifying round matches of the World Championship to be held in November by winning."

It should be noted that the first meeting will be held on June 28 at the "Torpedo" in Zhodino, and the second match will be organized on July 1 at the "Traktor" stadium in Minsk.
