"Feyenoord" is considering terminating forward Raheem Sterling's contract just two days after signing him.
İdman.Biz reports that the player has already been removed from training for violating disciplinary rules.
According to the Topskills Sports UK social media account, the English forward's transfer to "Feyenoord" has caused controversy.
Sources say that just 24 hours after signing the contract, Sterling was officially removed from the club's training ground. The player's contract may be terminated in the near future.
"Feyenoord" management has launched an immediate investigation into the alleged serious disciplinary violation committed by the player. Despite the transfer being officially confirmed on February 12, the club has suspended Sterling's integration into the team. If the allegations are confirmed, the player may either have his contract terminated immediately or face a long-term suspension from all club-related activities.
Currently, both the club and the player's representatives are refraining from making any official comments.
