Al-Ittihad midfielder N'Golo Kanté is close to joining Fenerbahçe. This was reported by insider Fabrizio Romano on his "X" social media account, according to Sport24.az.
According to the source, the clubs are in talks for a possible player exchange. Fenerbahçe wants to strengthen its squad with Kanté, while Al-Ittihad is interested in the services of Moroccan striker Youssef En-Nesyri.
Al-Ittihad's management is considering the Moroccan forward as a replacement for Karim Benzema, who may permanently leave the club.
It should be noted that a few days ago, the press reported that Benzema had left the team due to considering the terms of his new contract degrading.
