According to the source, the Competition Committee of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has banned Valverde from participating in one La Liga match. Previously, it was expected that the midfielder would receive a heavier penalty and miss two games.
As a result, Valverde will not be able to play in the La Liga match against Mallorca on April 4, in the 30th round.
