The president of the Portuguese Football Federation, Pedro Proensa, shared his thoughts on national team striker Cristiano Ronaldo. Sport24.az reports that the experienced functionary gave an interview to Expresso:
"Ronaldo is not just a football player, he is a global brand that transcends Portuguese identity. I wish he were eternal. But let's be clear, there are limits to human nature. One day he will leave football."
It should be noted that Ronaldo, who currently plays for Saudi Arabian representative Al-Nassr, is 40 years old and is the most productive player in the history of the Portuguese national team.
