Farewell to Shamakhi: "Being a captain was an honor"

Leroy Mikels has left "Shamakhi". Sport24.az reports that the midfielder shared a post on his social media account about this. He said goodbye to the "lions":

 

"We left a good season behind. We did the unexpected. I thank my teammates, coaches, and fans. It was an honor to be the captain of this team. See you soon."

 

Mikels did not extend his contract with "Shamakhi", which expired.
