Fan who fell ill at Finland-Poland match dies

The fan who caused the Finland-Poland match (2:1) in the World Cup 2026 qualifying round to be interrupted has died in hospital. Sport24.az reports that the Helsinki City Police Department has released information about this.

 

It should be noted that the World Cup 2026 qualifying match on June 10 was interrupted in the 73rd minute due to one of the fans in the stands feeling unwell. Doctors provided first aid to the man and took him to the hospital.
