Congo national team defender Fabrice Nsakala, who played for Turkish club "Besiktas" from 2020 to 2022 and became the national champion with the "black and whites" in the 2020/2021 season, spoke about his former teammate Vincent Abubakar's transfer to "Neftchi".
The 35-year-old defender, in a statement to AZERTAC, said he believes the transfer will be successful for the Baku club: "I have never seen a football player work so hard on himself as Abubakar. He is both a talented and persistent player. I can't wait to see in what form he will return to the field. He is a strong, fast and technical player. Having such a player in the club is a great advantage."
It should be noted that Vincent Abubakar, who has played for clubs such as "Porto" (Portugal), "Al-Nasr" (Saudi Arabia), "Besiktas", "Hatayspor" (both Turkey), has signed a 1+1 year contract with "Neftchi".
