The Football Association (FA) has leveled 74 charges against Chelsea, Qarabağ's opponent in the Champions League group stage.
Report informs that the FA press service has released information about this.
It was reported that the actions that caused the charges covered the period from 2009 to 2022 and were mainly related to events that occurred between the 2010/2011 and 2015/2016 seasons. The charges relate to violations of J1 and C2 regulations regarding football agents, A2 and A3 regulations regarding dealing with intermediaries, and A1 and B3 regulations regarding third-party investment in players during those periods.
The statement also noted that the London club must respond to the charges by September 19.
It should be noted that these periods coincide with the era of the club's former head, Roman Abramovich. The Russian businessman headed the club in 2009-2022.
