"Everton" midfielder Jack Grealish has announced that he has undergone surgery.
Idman.Biz reports that Grealish, who was loaned to "Everton" from "Manchester City" in January, was diagnosed with a broken foot.
"Everton" head coach David Moyes admitted that the midfielder may miss the rest of the season.
"I didn't want the season to end like this, but that's football. The surgery is over and now all my attention is focused on getting back in shape. I am sure that I will be healthier, stronger and more productive than before.
The support I have received since joining this wonderful club has meant a lot to me. The coaching staff, my teammates and especially the fans have been incredible and I really enjoy representing this club.
I will be supporting the boys and doing everything I can to get back as soon as possible. Thank you again for all the love, it means a lot to me," Grealish wrote on Instagram.
