Yesterday's match against Crystal Palace was remarkable for Chelsea winger Estevao. Sport24.az reports with reference to Opta that the footballer became the second youngest player in the history of the London club to score a goal and provide an assist in an English Premier League match.
At the time of the match, the Brazilian was 18 years and 276 days old.
Previously, only Neil Shipperley achieved this feat at an earlier age. He scored a goal and provided an assist in a match against Wimbledon in April 1993, at the age of 18 years and 164 days.
Note that the match ended with a 3-1 victory for the Londoners.
