Manchester City's Norwegian striker Erling Haaland scored his 100th Premier League goal in the 14th round of the English Championship in the match against Fulham (5:4). Sport24.az reports that the forward made a statement to the BBC regarding the jubilee goal:
"I am proud and happy to have scored 100 goals in the Premier League. But if you are a Manchester City striker, you must always stand out. And that's my job. If I don't score, people should criticize me and they usually do. But in the end, as I said, I have to score!"
It should be noted that the Norwegian striker has played 19 games for Manchester City in all tournaments this season, scoring 20 goals and providing 3 assists.
