Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has revealed the name of his best friend among footballers.
"My best friend in football? Probably Szoboszlai from Liverpool," Haaland told the official UEFA Champions League website.
Idman.Biz reports that the players played together at Salzburg in 2019. Haaland made 16 appearances for the Austrian club before moving to Borussia Dortmund, scoring 17 goals.
This season, Haaland has made 37 appearances for Manchester City in all competitions, scoring 29 goals and providing six assists. Haaland has also made eight appearances for the Norwegian national team in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers, scoring 16 goals.
