Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has responded to comparisons with forwards Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
According to Idman.Biz, City manager Pep Guardiola stated that the Norwegian player is at the same level as Messi and Ronaldo, but emphasized that they have been playing at this level for 15 years.
"No, absolutely not, I'm not even close to the level of Messi and Ronaldo," Haaland told the Manchester Evening News.
This season, the Norwegian striker has made 17 appearances in all competitions, scoring 20 goals and providing two assists.
