Former Manchester United captain Eric Cantona has criticized club co-owner Jim Ratcliffe for refusing to support the French player.
İdman.Biz reports that Cantona offered his assistance in reorganizing the team.
"I have many other passions and projects, but I thought I could put them aside for two or three years and try to give something back to the club that gave me everything. But Ratcliffe showed no interest. Sir Alex Ferguson created a beautiful attacking style of football that the new owners had to build on. Instead, they destroyed it," The Sun quotes Cantona as saying.
After 11 Premier League games, Manchester United are seventh in the table with 18 points.
