Paris Saint-Germain head coach Luis Enrique has spoken about his team's record in previous encounters with English Premier League clubs ahead of the second leg of their Champions League last-16 tie.
Idman.Biz reports that PSG will face Chelsea in the last 16 of this season's Champions League.
"My joke about winning the Premier League follows me everywhere. It's nice to play against English clubs because it's at the highest level. Last year we played against almost all the leading English clubs, and this year the situation is almost the same. But it was a joke; we respect everyone," RMC Sport quotes Enrique as saying.
Last season, in the Champions League semi-finals, the French giants defeated London's Arsenal 3:1 on aggregate (1:0, 2:1). PSG had previously defeated Liverpool (0:1, 1:0, 4:1) and Aston Villa (3:1, 2:3) in the round of 16 and quarter-finals respectively. They also defeated Manchester City (4:2) in the 7th round of the Champions League. PSG won that tournament, defeating Inter 5-0 in the final.
