Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) head coach Luis Enrique has expressed serious dissatisfaction with his team's performance, despite their away victory over Le Havre in Ligue 1.
Idman.Biz reports that the performance of the Paris representative, who strengthened their lead in the tournament table with a four-point difference, did not satisfy the Spanish specialist. In a statement to the media after the game, Enrique said that his players were losing their self-confidence.
"I was very angry for most of the match. We deserved more. I want my players to regain their self-confidence. We all need to improve, starting with me," the head coach emphasized.
In a match where PSG scored only one goal and failed to convert a penalty, Enrique noted the lack of accuracy:
"We fully deserved to win, we had a lot of chances, but you need to be more composed to score. It's an internal struggle. If you don't want to suffer in such games, you have to play more accurately. There are no problems with my team's desire and attitude, just a lack of accuracy."
It should be noted that Luis Enrique also added that rotations and management of the physical condition of the players are important for goals in both Ligue 1 and the Champions League.
