English footballer Rege Walsh has entered the history of Chelsea Football Club.
According to "Report", the midfielder achieved this by participating in the return leg of the UEFA Conference League semi-final, in which they defeated Swedish representative Djurgården 1-0 at home.
He is the youngest player to appear in a European Cup match for the London team. R. Walsh managed to do this at the age of 16 years and 200 days.
It should be noted that the match ended with a 1-0 victory for the "nobles". Chelsea, who defeated their opponent 4-1 away, qualified for the final. The capital club will face Spanish representative Betis in the decisive match on May 28.
