As the number of participants in the final stage of the Champions League has been increased to 36, two additional places will be given to the teams of the countries whose clubs collect the most coefficients. Thanks to Arsenal's victory, English clubs have already scored a total of 25.013 points in the 2025/26 season, making them unattainable. Germany and Spain will compete for the second spot.
It should be noted that Liverpool is currently in 5th place in the Premier League. They are followed by Chelsea (48 points), Brentford and Everton (46 points each).
