The 24-year-old striker distinguished himself in the second round match against Danish representative Copenhagen in Baku, which they won. The forward scored the second goal for the "stallions".
Besides Addai, Erling Haaland from England's Manchester City, Jordan Teze from Monaco, and Ismail Saibari from Dutch representative PSV are also nominated.
