With this result, Emin Mahmudov has entered the club's history as the 10th footballer to score 70 or more goals in "Neftçi"'s 89-year glorious history. He currently shares 9th-10th place with Gurban Gurbanov, who has the same number of goals.
It is worth noting that the best scorer in "Neftçi" history is Samir Alakbarov with 142 goals.
