"Report" reports that this was stated by the Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev during the opening of the football field at school No. 247 in his statement to journalists.
He praised the work done by AFFA:
"I don't remember the last time I saw a child so happy. The gathering of so many children here is a clear example of love for football in the truest sense of the word. Taking this opportunity, I express my gratitude to the AFFA leadership for taking such an initiative. This will remain a good memory in the minds of children."
