"L'Equipe" published shocking information about another medical error at "Real". Sport24.az reports with reference to the French publication that a clear mistake was made during the diagnosis of midfielder Eduardo Camavinga's injury.
According to the source, Camavinga injured his left ankle on December 3. However, the medical staff of the "Royal Club" performed an MRI examination on the French footballer's right leg and came to the conclusion that he was completely healthy.
Based on this erroneous result, the coaching staff included Camavinga in the squad for the match against Celta on December 7. After playing in the match, the true extent of the problem became clear - the pain in his left leg did not subside and his condition worsened. A subsequent examination revealed a serious injury and Camavinga was out of action for several weeks.
It should be noted that "The Athletic" previously reported a similar situation with "Real" striker Kilian Mbappe. It was emphasized that the club's doctors made an incorrect diagnosis during his examination.
