Interview with Elvin Yunuszade, the new transfer of "Karvan", to Sport24.az

- We would like to know your thoughts on the transfer to the Yevlakh representative. What are your impressions of the new team?

- First, I talked to Kenan Kerimov. He told me about the club's future plans. I decided that the best choice was "Karvan".

- Did you have offers from other clubs? Why "Karvan" in particular?

- Of course. I had 1-2 other offers. But I think I did the right thing for today. I say this in terms of playing and coaching.

- Finally, you became the champion with "Gabala" in the I League. Were you not offered a new contract?

- To be honest, we had a preliminary agreement with "Gabala". Then it didn't work out due to some nuances. That's why we decided to part ways.

- What can you say about "Karvan"'s goals for the next season?

- The main goal is to form a good team and build any team. "Karvan" returned to the Premier League after many years. We want to make our fans happy.

- Your new head coach is already known. How did you react to the appointment of Azer Hashimov?

- We knew Azer muellim before. We are also familiar with his work. I believe that with his experience he will be of great help to the team for the better.

- "Karvan" has added players with Premier League experience to its squad. Along with you, Araz Abdullayev is also in the squad. Will you be able to recall the old days in your career?

- This is an opportunity for Araz and me. Of course, it is nice to play in the Premier League again. If we wear the uniform of this team, we must do our best for the club. I believe it will be better. If we have joined the team, I believe we will help.
