Lamin Yamal's number 10 jersey broke the sales record in "Barcelona" stores.
Idman.biz reports that the jersey with the surname of the 18-year-old footballer, who officially got the number 10 this week, went down in history as the best-selling product in the club's official stores in one day.
According to "Culemania", "Nike" ordered 70,000 jerseys for the first batch worldwide. These jerseys will be sent to 170 countries. It is predicted that the revenue from the initial sales will be approximately 10 million euros. New supplies are also planned in the coming months to deliver to the club's official stores.
A children's jersey with Yamal's surname is sold for 114.99 euros, and the adult version is sold for 134.99 euros. There is also a more exclusive version similar to the one worn by football players, and its price is 184.99 euros. Although the first two models are the best-selling, the last version also has its buyers, especially among Asian tourists.
It is noted that more than 400 jerseys were sold in just two days in one of "Barcelona"'s official stores. Store employees called this sales pace "really crazy", but it was not enough to hang the "sold out" sign.
BLM, the main company responsible for the club's merchandising, has already announced that a historic revenue record has been recorded in the 2025/26 season.
